Keep the food interesting enough to work with a wide range of tastes is perfect so that none of your guests remain hungry (or looking for food elsewhere).

A theme sets the tone and atmosphere of the professional event. Whether it be casual or upscale, make sure the tone is appropriate for the business (or businesses) backing it. In addition to this, setting a theme makes it easier to make plans the following events scheduled for the evening.

Venues & Vendors

Looking into the appropriate vendors and venues is important as not all events are equal. Since a small event may not need an entire dance hall, setting up shop in an appropriately sized room or establishment (that has some extra space) may be perfect.
